I'm a UX designer with roots in the publishing industry. I came to software design by pursuing my interests in comics, photography, and what makes people tick. I'm at my happiest on the job when I'm collaborating with others and interviewing users.
I’m currently a product designer at IBM where I work with a team to make mainframe software easier to use. My current project is improving a browser based program to help novice systems programs manage their mainframe environment.
Before joining IBM, I interned at Amazon and studied human computer interaction at the University of Michigan School of Information. Previously I was an information architect for Siegle+Gale and an editor at Abrams Books.
